You may notice a few small updates to the supervision form – we’ve added new fields and built in some logic to make it quicker and easier for you to fill out.
Once submitted, the supervision log will now be automatically sent to you for signature via a new platform called Peony. Please don’t be alarmed if you see an email request from them! All you’ll need to do is sign and select the date of signature when prompted.
Please note: Any supervision logs created before this update will still be sent via Dropbox Sign for completion.
